Cristiano Ronaldo has spoken out about the rumor

Cristiano Ronaldo has spoken out regarding the rumors that he may be moving to the wealthy Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr.

Cristiano Ronaldo, the only player without a club in the Portugal team at the FIFA World Cup 2022, was released by Manchester United after his contract was terminated. There haven’t been many teams Ronaldo has been linked to since leaving the Red Devils in what has been a drama-filled season for the Portuguese, who has hardly started for United.

Al Nassr, a Saudi Arabian club, is reportedly offering a staggering 200 million Euro salary per year. The 37-year-old forward has finally spoken out on the issue, despite some reports claiming that a settlement has already been reached. According to numerous reports, Ronaldo denied having a deal with Al Nassr. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner denied the rumors when questioned about them.

The past few months have been difficult for Ronaldo. Not only has he clashed with Manchester United manager Erik Ten Hag, but also with the club’s executives, some of whom are alleged to have attempted to force the striker out of the organization. Ronaldo and United ultimately made the decision to part ways.

The highly sought-after forward was supposed to lead Portugal’s World Cup 2022 campaign, but without him, the team was able to perform at its peak. All of Portugal’s group games were started by Ronaldo, who also converted a penalty against Ghana. Ronaldo was benched in their first round-of-16 match against Switzerland in favor of Goncalo Ramos, who scored a hat-trick in a 6-1 victory for his team.

It doesn’t appear that Ronaldo will start for Portugal against Morocco in the quarterfinal. After the World Cup, the legendary scorer may have trouble finding a new top club because his scoring form is waning.
