As he prepares for his World Cup match against the USA, Harry Kane gives England a boost

Harry Kane, the captain of England, will be able to play against the United States at the World Cup match on Friday at Al Bayt Stadium, according to manager Gareth Southgate.
In their opening Group B match, the Three Lions defeated Iran 6-2, but Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane was injured by Morteza Pouraliganji’s clumsy challenge. He was taken off after 25 minutes and taken for a preventative scan. But Kane worked out with the rest of the team on Wednesday, and on Thursday at England’s Al Wakrah camp, he joined his teammates on the field.
He is good, Southgate said. “He has worked a little more independently on Wednesday, but he will return to the team on Thursday and be good for the game.”
Harry Maguire, a Manchester United center-back who was replaced after falling ill in the closing minutes of the Iran game, was also said to be feeling better by Southgate.
